The PERMA-V Wellbeing Skills Discovery is a unique survey that helps individuals to understand the state of their health, happiness and resilience. Built from Post-Traumatic Growth and a Mission to Serve
The PERMA-V Wellbeing Skills Discovery was built by Jill Heins, the founder of the Flourishing Lab. She has 18 years of experience in wellbeing assessment, training, coaching, and consulting for companies like Zoom, American Express, Siemens, and Ernst & Young. After overcoming burnout, anxiety and post-traumatic growth, she built the assessment to make Positive Psychology and wellbeing concepts more accessible, especially to under-represented groups and those with barriers to support. She has a Certification in Applied Positive Psychology from the Flourishing Center and the University of Oxford. She has won multiple awards on psychometrics assessment and evaluation, including the Brandon Hall Learning & Development Award in Gold in 2022 and she was shortlisted for the Transform L&D Program in 2023. She is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
